Where Can I Get Help?
Mental health matters just as much as physical health.
We care for our land, livestock and machinery every day — yet looking after ourselves can feel much harder. The people we lose to suicide are not statistics; they are friends, neighbours and family. If you’re struggling, or supporting someone who is, these resources may help you take the next step.
Do something today that your future self will thank you for.

You don't have to deal with this alone. Our service is for adults aged 18 or above, who are grieving after someone has died from a terminal illness. Whether you’re grieving for someone who died recently or a long time ago, we can help by talking through your feelings, sharing information, or simply listening. We don't offer counselling, but can give you emotional support.
