Welcome to the Team, Emma!

We are delighted to welcome Emma to the team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the agricultural industry.

Emma studied Agriculture with Food Marketing at Harper Adams, before beginning her career with Genus Breeding. She then joined the NFU as a Dairy Adviser, where she specialised in farm assurance, animal health and welfare, food hygiene, and exploring ways to add value to milk. From there, she moved on to Tesco, taking on the role of Dairy Agricultural Manager, supporting the Tesco Dairy Producer Clubs.

Emma now works on her family farm at Clayhanger, where she continues to stay connected with the farming community. In recent years, she has developed a strong interest in mental health and has completed counselling courses with the goal of supporting the wellbeing of farmers something she is deeply passionate about.

We are thrilled to have her on board and know she will be a fantastic asset to the team.
